Jim and Brownie Leach are inviting the highest bidder to join them for up to seven days, from Wednesday Jan 21 through Tues Jan 27 at their condo, at Wildernest above Silverthorne, CO. This auction item is for lodging (2 Bedroom, 2 baths and one set of exposed bunk beds—sleeping room for 6 (Jim and Brownie will be occupying an additional bedroom and bath). This is a fully outfitted condo where you can cook, get to the slopes of Summit county within minutes, and enjoy the all the things this area has to offer. There is also a great cross country trail into the Gore Wilderness area right across the street. The condo is right above Silverthorne, the Factory Outlet stores and winter sports rentals. It is close to but not on the main road through Wildernest. No pets please. (Value $800+, Minimum bid $400.)
